STUDENTS:

If you are MOVING OR CHANGING SCHOOLS over the summer, stop by the Registrar’s Office to sign the Moving List and pick up an Intent to Withdraw Form. This form needs to be returned as soon as possible to ensure that you will have the necessary paperwork for your new school.

NEED OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS? See the Registrar in the Counseling Office. You will need to fill out a Transcript form and provide a stamped addressed envelope, address to where the transcript is to be sent, and return as soon as possible.

VOE/TEA Driving Forms are available at the Attendance Office, forms are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, so be sure to sign up just prior to needing the form. Forms are ready for pick up the next day.

Summer VOE sign up will begin on Monday, June 1 and end Friday, June 5. Pick up is the following day at the end of classes. They are good the entire summer expiring on August 23, 2009.
