College Week at Shepton begins on Monday, March 18! Be sure to dress up in your favorite college shirt on Monday, tune in to the Shepton News each day for a chance to win prizes by correctly answering a College Trivia question, and compete against other Advisory classes in a little March Madness.

Shepton PTSA 2024 Senior Scholarship Opportunity!

Shepton PTSA is offering two $500 scholarships to graduating Plano ISD seniors who are two-year alumni of Shepton High School. 

 

Applicants must meet all of the qualifications, including being a student member of Shepton PTSA during both years at Shepton.

 

To apply for the Shepton High School Alumni Scholarship, eligible applicants must submit the following:

  • Complete and signed application form
  • A 500 to 1000 word essay titled “Shepton High School – A Stepping Stone to My Future” plus cover sheet
  • Official school transcript with GPA

All scholarship paperwork is due no later than April 30.

Help Our Community With Lovepacs!

Lovepacs needs your help to continue to serve 1000 Plano ISD students for the upcoming school year. Born out of a desire to help children in need, Lovepacs was created to provide meals to students who would otherwise go hungry during school holidays. Through coordination with local schools and its volunteers, Lovepacs engages communities to feed children as an expression of love.

 

There are several ways to contribute. Donate online, shop the Amazon Wishlist, shop the Walmart Wishlist, or shop and drop off at one of the Lovepacs dropoff locations.

PISD Parent Education 

Plano ISD's Parent Education Engagement Program (PEEP) builds parents' capacity to support and nurture their children's physical, social-emotional, and academic development through the acquisition of knowledge and parenting skills.
